About Melissa

My Story & purpose

Contrast has been at the forefront of my life’s journey and these experiences have prepared me to embrace personal and professional milestones. I am a mom of three beautiful children and my purpose is to help others find themselves through life's storm and remind you how powerful you are when fully Aligned with your Conscious Compass.

I am Life Coach and an International Certified Addictions Counsellor that has worked in the field for many years. The people I work with have emotional, physical and spiritual hardships and are ready to shift in alignment to their best selves and a higher consciousness.

With my unique therapeutic and intuitive approach, my clients have been successful in going from a fear based and hopeless mindset to releasing the stories that keep them stuck. They now maintain a satisfied life in their relationships, jobs, parenting and above all, themselves.

My passion and purpose in this lifetime is to guide people from a place of doubt and self-disconnect to a place of hope and resolution. I share my ability tap into my higher self and empower others to explore their inner world and nurture and release the Parts of them that no longer serve them at this time on their journey. My approach of pure love, combined with a variety of authentic content and the ability to hold space for others in their challenges has helped many find inner peace.
